Dear All,
Can anybody suggest me approx. cost for structural analysis? I have my drawing ready by my architect but hes not a structural engineer , hence he suggested me to get it done outside.One of the quotes i got is for 25K with site visits charges extra.My site is of 30*50 dimension and total built up area would be around 3000 Sq.Ft. Appreciate any help on this and also any references for structural engineers.

Check your PM for Phone number of structural engineer. He is based in Yeshwanthapura.

Structural engineers charge on per sft base.It ranges from 5- 10 per sft depending up on the scale of the project.Site visits are charged either separate or in the package .Choose some one who is near to your site so that its easier to access him for any clarifications since your architect in not dealing directly with him you need to coordinate with structural guy.
