I have received the following contractor quotation and specification
looking for experts opinion on the following
1. Is the sq ft cost quoted reasonable?
2. Is it a standard practice to charge 50% for the sump/septic tank and 75% for steps
3. Portico/lintel(sun shade) are included for the sq ft calculation - Is this usual practice?
Thanks in advance
