BWSSB approval - required for UGD connection

I had applied for BBMP building plan approval and got the same 6 months before ( I payed about 25K).
Now plumbing work is going on , Should I get an separate approval from BWSSB to get my house's sanitary connected to UGD that is in front of my house.

in the 25K BBMP fee split-up I can see
1) Building Licence fee 10 K
2) Road cutting/restoration fee - 15 K

Please clarify.

I got my plan approved a month back. Paid about same charges. According to me there are no other approvals required. May be just walk into a nearest BWSSB office to inform them in writing. However, be ready to cough up some more "Office Charges"
