Water source expert

I have shortlisted 2 sites for purchase and will zero down on the one which has a good water table so that I can rig a borewell. Can someone point me to a professional who verifies the availability of ground water?

Using this approach, what would be the probability that I get good water for more years to come? I plan to do the borewell work even before the construction.
