Labour contract charges per chadara

Hi,
I am planning to construct G+duplex house on 30 X 40 site. Today I have got a quotation from one of contractor. The rate is 26,000 per chadar. It includes all concreate work as wel as sump,parapet wall and stair case. Earth work, filling and curing excludes. Can any expert comment on this rate.A quick response is highly appriciated.

1)Bricks or concrete Block
2) How much depth excavation
3) compound wall
4) security watchman
5) gang expenses ( moulding)
6) sarjah included /excluded
7) barbending included

2. 5' depth
3. Compound wall included
4. Watchman not included
5.bar bending included
6. Slab area includes sarja also
7. Gang expenses not mentoned in the quotation

Hi Basha,


The rates seems bit on higher side and make sure parapet , elevation work is included. You can negotiate for 24-25k.

Generally they will call gang man for footing and Moulding only and it will be part of contract.

Labor charges - upto 5% variation is nothing compared to quality and hassle-free delivery. +5% doesn't guarantee that either. But u should check the quality if his earlier works.
