I have been following this forum for a few months now and I should admit that it has helped me a great deal. Thanks to everyone who have contributed to keep this forum going and help newbies like me in constructing their dream home. At this point I have got the confidence and made up my mind to start my house construction. In this regard I am reaching out to you guys to refer good architects and contractors in south bangalore, around kothanur dinne area near bannerghatta rd. I want to take one step at a time, so would like to get my plan finalized with the help of an architect and then decide to go for full contract or labour contract. I am hoping to get some good referrals from this forum.

After reading all the posts, Praveen is one of the architects already on my list. Since this is my first venture, I would still like to talk to 2-3 other architects. I would like to talk to them, understand how they think and design and then decided who I should go with. So please recommend 2-3 other architects you have worked with. It will be a lot of help.

Do you have the contact details of Praveen? Also, could you please share details of architects whom you have shortlisted?
