Cost of Electric Meter Panel Board

Hi,
Please let me know the cost of Electric Meter Panel. This is for the main electric meter that we put outside the house.
For the size of 750x1000x200mm or 2.7x3.3x0.7inch dimension, 16 gauge thickness box, the quote I received is Rs.7750/-
It will include 1 3phase meter, 1 1phase meter, MCBs, Waterpump on/off switch

Does it include the 3phase meter and 1phase meter cost, also the cost of MCB's?

Can anybody tell me, what is the market price for electrical work (labour only). One person quotes Rs1800/sqaure which includes any number of points, ups connection etc., Is it right price
