Converting 450sqft open front frontyard

I was planning to convert around 450 sqft(30Wx15L) of my home's(1800sqft - 30Wx60L) frontyard into some useful closed space(a closed garage and an adjacent new front reading room with lots of natural light ).
I've thought of the following possibilites.
(1) cover the entire area by upvc windows/door, as shown in this link --> http://noida-uttarpradesh.olx.in/upvc-w ... -473474963.
(2) Install metal(CI/MS) grilles and affix something like acrylic/plexi sheets of 3'x3', by drilling holes at their edges and bolting them to the grille frame.
(3) Construct full Masonry structure.
(4) Or a combo of partial masonry structure(front and side walls), and keep skylight for the roof.
While #1 is without doubt the most expensive, I was curious if #2 is feasible and if any of the readers have any knowledge/experience on this.
I'm looking forward to get some creative help/advice here. Thanks for your time and reply.
