Architects in East Bangalore

Dear friends,
Iam looking out for a good architect in east Bangalore.Iam planning to construct a house in my 30*50 site located at L B Shastri nagar.Can anyone suggest a good architect please? I would prefer somebody who does good design and manages work and also would prefer if he aggrees if i only supply the materials.I dont want to give a contract based on per/sqft rate. Iam not looking only for a welknown, well established architect but somebody who has a proven track record should also do my job. Anyhelp on this would be much appreciated.

i have some suggestion for u if u wish u may go with them (xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ).They have a team of architect and civil engineers.

Please contribute to the forum before you market your services here. There are couple of professionals (Praveen, Deborshi etc) who are currently doing it. Please share your gyan/knowledge to the members here and educate them before you will be allowed to market. -Admin Team.
