Its a lesson just want to to share with you guys, around Bangalore few shops doing bussiness only by means of cheating customer. I don't know how this shops get very good ratings on main famous web sites. Me too fall on trap after looking at that rating.

Just want to share my experience on Bore pump me & my friend purchased it from Jinani pumps, SJP road. Because of few hundred price difference I purchased with this shop. Once after purchase product from them, we can't reach them thru mobile for need. For me problem started from installation day onwards till now. When I called for my pump issue, they keep postpone the service dates finally I need to rely with other pump repair guys. Even my texmo pump have not completed one year, I couldn't get service support.

Before proceeding to purchase for this big amount, choose the shop based on reputation of the shop not just considering intial discount they offer. Similar like sharing best shop to discount/buy, we can share here shops with very bad customer service too. Some shop owners here in bangalore thinks that what a average customer can do once after product been sold.

i just avoided jinani pumps coz in justdial and other site people posted negative comments ...i feel u should post ur cooment in thse sites ..it will be helpfull for other people

i had a prob with bore so just contacted texmo service center and told them to check motor and give service ...he told he that we have to give the motor to the sevice center only then they will check and service the motor ...and i then contacted the dealer wher i bought he told the same thing and for removing motor and installing the motor we have to pay for vervice charge but he gave his serrvice person no and discuss with the price and i contacted him and after 2 days he came ...first he checked wat was the probs ...no water in bore and suggested to install further bought pipe and wire he joined all the things just for 1hr job paid 2k for sump motor he was charging 750rs
