48 psft? How does he measure the sft? Is it just the plinth area, or will he measure the roof, each side of beam etc?
I am paying Rs. 25/per sft for roof, and arnd 27/sft for beam.

The rate is based on the plinth area. my site is 28.25 * 39 .So i need to pay 1115(28.25*39) *48. This rate includes the column, beam, roof ,stair case, loft etc

This price is extremely high. Normally it is around 28 - 30 rs/ SFT. This price remains the same for G + 1. From 2nd floor onwards, it goes up by 2 to 5 Rs/ SFT.

Its 24 Rs to 30 Rs based on which floor you are doing the centering. For Example.
Ground Floor - 24 Rs
Ist Floor - 26 Rs
2nd and 3 rd Floor 28 Rs.

SFT is measured for the area where the plates are installed & it does include everything. The RCC column boxes have a separate rentals & is not calculated in SFT, rather in the height of the box.
