Dear All,

I am in process of starting construction.I want to know what all documentation I need to do with (contractor/builder/civil engineer)so both the parties are clear on there expectations.

We have agreed on rates and I have applied for plan approval with BDA authorities. What all documents does the contractor/builder/civil engineer has to provide me .I also plan to go for loan

for example estimates,specification,agreement, work sechdule/payment sechdule etc....

Please let me know so that everything is on paper and there are no disputes in the later stage.
