Painting questions

Hi,

I have started the painting work for my house and have given material contract. Can someone let me know approximately how much birla putty is required if 3 coats of putty is to be done for a 100 sqft room? I want to keep a check on the painter if he is compromising on the quantity to be used...

By any chance if you are getting your painting done by painters named Aseem or Rampreet (Both from UP and both work together)then please be careful, these people will make your life hell and quality is very poor.

A 10 kilo bag of birla putty could cover around 80-90 square foot of surface area Yogi.

It mainly depends on the finish surface of wall depending on that basis 1 kg / 10sft is reqired in general
