Hi Experts,

I need information on Public Information officer address for submitting RTI form. Since property is @ banaglore south,do I need to submit form BDA south or at main office?
RTI in regards to seeking Information for seeking denotification of land during formation of BSK 6th stage.

Is it better to submit by personal or by speed post? Please suggest...

For all BDA related RTI queries You submit application to the BDA head office (Deputy Commissioner(LAQ) or Public Information Officer, Bangalore Development Authority), T. Chowdaiah Road, Kumarapark West, Bangalore-560 020). Either Personal submission or registered Post/speed post anything is acceptable as long as you follow the prescribed procedure. Ensure to keep the acknowledgement and a copy of the application and the postal order.

Alternately you can file at "Karnataka Information Commission" at the below address directly. They in turn forward to the respective department to provide you the requested info.
