Building plan approval question

Dear Experts,
I have purchased 31*57 Corner site and planning to construct house. This plot is located in TC playa main road, 5 mins from Outer ring road . Its located in Layout and 80% of the layout is already constructed the house.

Below are the plans which i got it from 2 different architects :
1. GF + 1st Floor and Duplex house
2. GF+ Duplex house
3. GF+ 2 2BHK house.


The first plan(GF+ 1st F + Duplex) looks impressive. Does BBMP approve for this?. Architect is saying, he can get the approval. Please let me know if you have faced these issue?.
