CMC khata and layout info reqd

All,
My dad had purchased and registered a property in Hulimavu CMC area about 8-10 yrs back, at that time he has not taken the mother deed copy, CMC khata extract or not even the layout plan from the owner. We have the CMC khatha number.
Now we are planning to get a loan from back mortgaging this property, what all the documents the bank may ask? I know it is very difficult to get loan, without having BBMP A Khatha. Still would like to try some private banks for loan.

can anyone tell me how to get the below documents and from which authority we need to approach to get these documents?
1) CMC khatha copy (from now BBMP office??)
2) Layout plan (Will BBMP office have older CMC layout plan??)
3) mother deed copy ( Any way to get it from the registration office??)
4) DC conversion order ( from where??)
5) Pahani etc ( Taluk office??)
