Estimation needed

Hi,

I have a 30x40 site, and want to construct a hostel kind of structure in this site. My plan is to make rooms of size 10x14, with attached Toilet and bathroom.
Each room will have 3 beds.
Please suggest me what will be the approx cost of construction for each of the rooms.

Also, I want to demolish my 6000 sq ft home, which is in belgaum, as it is very old and want to use the space for godown. Please suggest me, what will be the approx estimation for this.

In Both cases, I am planning not to use tiles for flooring, instead just use cement concrete.

You cost will be approx 1200/- to 1300/- per sft with basic range finishes ,since its a hostel type no of toilets & partition walls will be more .

Hi Praveen,

Thanks for your feedback. However, could you please let me know the overall costing if I want to build a store-room/go-down on a 6000 sqft site. Since this may not need more number of partition walls and stuff like flooring with tiles, I suppose the cost will be much lesser as compared to building a house.
