I am looking to get my 30x40 plot fenced. Does anyone know how much will it cost for basic fencing (10-12 stones+cement blocks, barbed wire) and advanced fencing (cement wall, gate etc.,)?
Please pass on contacts of companies/individuals who can take up this task? Plot is near Marathahalli.

For fencing a plot of 30x40 roughly will cost 12k - 15k in case of stone and fencing wire (varies with the wire quality ), in case of wall construction if you wanted it to be properly built once for all ,with proper wall foundation, red brick ,plastering etc.... it would cost roughly about 40k - 60k .
If you have plans to built a building in near future then don't go for wall fencing , during construction its very difficult to retain the compound wall on the front side and in case you are touching your building to the boundary( like car garage, open utility etc...) then the compound wall is of no use.
I got my brothers plot fenced recently from one of the known site engineer , he did a quite satisfactory work.In case you are interested can reach @ xxxxxxxxxx

Current rate for making wire fence for 30x40 on 4 sides will cost you nothing less than 70 to 1lac depending up on the number of barbed fence lines .
