Mr Iyyappan,
you can use any cement of 43 grade ( opc ) or ppc grade ( fly ash based ) for every work except for roof and column concrete, for which 53 grade is preferred, the only difference will be setting time, 28 days compression strength of both 43 graded and 53 graded concrete will be same. As per me one can use 43 grade cement for all the works. 53 grade is expensive and requires more water curing, and also because of more lime content concrete bleeding will be more. some of the good 43 grade cement are zuari-43, zuari-ppc, chettinad 43 & ppc, ramco, Acc suraksha, some of the 53 grade are zuari primo, Acc concrete plus, Birla super

Vivek

Hi iyyapan,
Just make sure that any brand you buy gets the fresh cement. In general cement bags are not stored more than one month. They can absorb moisture from air and hardens.A simple test is that when you insert you bare hand in cement it should feel cool not hot.

Hello Iyyappan, what you said is undebatable, cement sure is a major part of construction and the whole structure and its longevity depends upon the strength of the cement. Dalmia Cement has a very good name in Bangalore, they have been in the business since 1935 which itself tells the story of its reliability. Check this link for their Bangalore location - Cement is a the major part of our construction and It gives more strength to our buildings
