My site comes under panchayat limit, but the layout is approved by BDA, Whether I need to go for BBMP or BDA construction approval?
Am planning to apply Home loan in SBI.

Hi,
If it is in panchayat limit you can get sanction from panchayat only.Bbmp will not issue unless it is in its zone.Now that all are online submissions there is no option to select the zones that are not under BBMP.BDA will issue only for larger projects not for individual residences
