Italian marble

Hi ......
you can use Italian marble in residential areas. When we say heavy traffic it should be like malls, public common spaces etc.. for a residence there will not be any heavy traffic as such. If you look at forum mall in Bangalore, they have used mix of Italian marble with granite. You can see the status of it in some places like staircase, external steps. you can also see cracks developed here and there.

Italian marble is much softer than indian marble...the thickness of these slabs are only 20mm or less.So the chances to repolish it is hardly one or 2 times ( for a residence this is more than required)
