Filling up the swimming pool

We have a swimming pool in our apartment. It is approx 30ft x 20ft x 4.5ft in size. Due to severe water shortage and some leakage issues with the pool, we have decided to empty it up and fill it with mud and convert it to a green garden like area.
Can someone please give me the approximate cost of filling up the pool. Also, would appreciate it, if I could get contact details of civil agencies in East bangalore (marathalli area) who would undertake such works.

Regards,
Mohit

Hi Mohit,
You said there are some leakage issue ,where is the pool situated is in on the original ground or podium slab.If it on the ground filling it has no issues, in case of podium slab please consult a structural engineer, since the dead load of soil will be very very huge. You can get the soil directly from any of the tipper lorry guys.Talk to them directly for what kind of soil you need.Make sure they don't dump all waste with the soil.

Hi Praveen,
Its on the ground..so no danger to any building structure.
Problem is approach to the pool is 2.5 ft wide...so tippers cannot be used. :(
