Kindly let me know if you know any known Architect & Builder for construction of an independent house. Any other details like the projects he has undertaken, completed, currently ongoing, the rate he charges etc etc.

Sudhu, honestly Praveen does a lot more than just answer queries on this forum. His work quality is good as I have gauged from the pics that I have seen and he has a reputation to keep. Don't think Iyappan can go wrong with him.

I found Praveen from this site after i started my house.. I am building my house in bangalore but am outside the country. I spent more time talking to Praveen more than my own architect. He is very reasonable and trust worthy especially if you are going to be away from the site. Eventhough I like my architect I recommend Praveen for all the help he did with out being my architect. The service he is doing answering questions in this site with out any benefit is commendable.

I can also recommend Praveen for architect work. Currently he is involve as architect for my house construction. Very approachable person with lots of creating and reliable ideas I m getiing from him during my house construction and I know I will receive many more in coming time during finishing and interior work
