Hi,
I am planning to construct a 2 floor residential building in SMV layout(30X40), Bangalore.
I am looking for a contractor who will complete the construction and give me the keys.
Must be able to give BILLS for enabling me to produce to bank for release of loan imtemittently.
both floors will have 2 BHK, car parking in ground floor, Rain water harvesting, Water sump.
(vinyl flooring or basic marble/granite, )huge windows for natural lighting.
