Dear Sir,
I am planning to construct a 2nd floor house on existing 2 floor house in H S R L/o on labour contract.
I came to know robo sand as alternative source for river sand.
How is this robo sand? What precautions mason needs to take while using this robo sand ?
What are the comparative specs/ strengths w.r.t river sand ?
Can we use this robo sand for plastering also?
Any expert may please clarify.
Thanks

Re: Review/user feed back on robo sand
Hi manjunatha
Robo sand is not really tested for its life span.Though couple of big builders using it not sure about the binding quality.River sand has a good binding property ,the same is less in case of Robo sand.
Robo sand is nothing but the quarry dust from stone crushing sites.I mean not exactly soft powder like quarry dust but made more to finner sand granules size.
