Dear All,

I am planning for a house and i shortlisted a constructed house which is G +2. I was told that any site below 60 x 40 can construct only G +1 and any other construction is not legally tenable. Kindly advise. The land area is around 1300 for the shortlisted property.

Hi Girish,
There is nothing like that.Even in 30x40' site you get stilit + g+ 2 sanction.very few built violated floor.Its the FAR that is violated.
Look at the sanction plan of the same house.
