Construction Cost for school/hostel

Hi,
Can someone tell me the cost of custruction for the following buildings:
Hostel:
100 rooms, Ground + 2 floors, 15,000- sqft total (150 sqft each) - Will need bath, etc
10 class rooms - ground floor - 7,500- sqft. (750 sqft each)
