This is the response that i got from arishtha
Steel door price starts from rupees 17000 for 7*3 door and 20000 for 7*31/2 doors , this is excluding transport , installation and VAT.
WINDOW Prices ARE SO EXORBITANT THAT NO ONE CAN BUY
I have dropped idea to install steel doors and maybe its just ideal for just the front door.
not surprising that they are unsuccessful in the market for now.

My Material Contractor cheating me at the end.
Guys,
I beg your help here. That My material contractor was doing better till now. when he gave m,e the final bill, He is showing that he built more SFT.
I paid another builder and he came and measured in site. His measurement and Achitech mesurement matches almost.
My contractor is now very angery and not willing to naccept the truth. He is boasted and putting me a lot of presssure to pay the excess amount. He know my soft nature .
how to solve this issue guys ?
