Ours is traction lift which costed us 4.90L for 2-3 (272kgs) with telescopic doors. Hydraulic lift was charged around 9L.

Regarding lift license - i need more details is it worth paying 20k to prateek or can I do it independently (I enquired our electrical contractor that the lift company should take that responsibility and they usually charge around 10-12K)

Government liasioning is a grey area and most of it is paid as bribe. So there is no fixed price for this. If you can get it for 10-12k, you should go for it. Normally, they take 50% amount for issuing erection permission and rest for final licence. So you can pay accordingly.

Hi seemapraveennayak,

Thanks for this info, can you give us any contact details of these lift manufacturers you have shortlisted,
any website also will help, for residential purpose, which would be good, traction or hydarulic, which is cheaper.
Does the licence mandatory for sites with B khata?
Kindly share you research here, so the others can also benefit.

Thanks
Avinash

But now we have to get their licence done. Prateek are charging Rs.20K for getting it done. Any one know how to get it done, its procedure or should we get it done through agents only???
