From what I have enquired LG Hausys costs is quite economical when compared to Fensta. (Ranging from 350 to 750). I am planning to go for LG because it is manufactured in Korea and imported to India currently.

it is hard for me to give you the exact /sq. foot price. I had many types of windows, and each type came to a different price. The fixed windows being the cheapest (about rs. 350/sq. ft) and then the sliding about rs. 450-500 (depending on the standard size or odd size), then comes the casement. My casement windows were very complicated, so I had a wide range of prices from rs. 500 - 750/sq. ft.

I would think they would make it for you - but it would be a custom style and might cost a lot more than normal ones.

just thought of sharing : I opted for Encraft upvc windows for my house. Got quotes from couple of vendors and then finalised on encraft based on cost, service, time taken to deliver etc. One observation is that the way the total number square feet area is calculated varied among these two vendors ; although the total cost was comparable. To give you an idea, for my house, the total window area calculated was 260/314 sqft ; final cost 1.35L including tax, installation charges. As another member has mentioned, the cost varies depending on design (casement, sliding, fixed), size , etc. Mine was a mix of all these designs and various sizes. Hence you should take quote for the entire building and then compare the vendors.
