metal staircase

Can someone tell the specification/cost looks ok ? There are two metal staircases for me:

MS staircase
- 2.5 feet width steps (18 steps) ; 7 inch step height
- 3.5 feet height railing support (only on one side, the other side is wall)
- 2 inch pipe for top railing with three more 1 inch pipes to cover the 3.5 feet height.
- Vertical support bars ; one for every 4 steps; venrtical pipe is 1.5"
- All pipes 16 gauge

B2 = 1" flat (6mm ??)

Box is 1.5+0.25 L (Don't know what he means by this)


Cost: Rs. 19,500

Another metal staircase with above specfications but different lengths:

A = 10'
B = 5.5'
C = 8.5'

will cost Rs. 11,500
