Predesigned Duplex Home plans

Hi,

I am planning to construct a duplex house in 30*50 size plot. And Now I am in the position
of design phase, not yet confirmed any contracts.

So If anyone has some predegined duplex house plans, could you please share it?
And Is there any place/shop/office, Can I get the list of home plans for getting
some ideas?

there are some plans on Gharexpert.com and a few other sites like that. Do a search and you should find one.

for someone to send you a ready plan may not be very feasible. You have to see the direction of the plot; the rules in your town- on offsets, space around the house, FAR and so on; last but not least - your needs, your lifestyle etc. The house has to be designed around how you live - for example do you entertain a lot - then you want a bid living room, do you like open floor plan or prefer the conventiontal type. there are many such things to consider.
Perhaps if you wrote a little more about that, maybe some folks could contribute ideas (even if not a full plan)

I would suggest you to visit some layouts where duplex houses are being constructed by developers itself. SO if you enquire with such developers and say that you are one of the buyers of such duplex house, they will give you the duplex plan in a booklet. Collecting such booklets from different developers will give you a good idea..

gharexpert.com is very good collection of information. Is any other sites like this for constructing a house in 30#50 site with west facing plot?

apnaghar.com also claim to have ready plans. check it out. there was one more site which had good plans, but I forget the name. I feel if you do a search on "home design" or "Home plans" you might find them all.
