Realistic time to build a 4 bhk on a 30-40

Btw small correction. Its a 30 50, but the plan is the same (g+2, 4 bhk own use). ( Dropped the 30 40 one since there were some issues in the papers). The timelines estimate you gave scares me. Does planning really need 4 to 6 months?. I know there is no standard answer for this since it depends on a lot of things. I agree with you on the typical boxy house thing. Most of the contractors assume, its going to be that kind of design.
