I am planning a G=3 on a 60 * 40 plot. Planning to use a Labor Contractor for the same and hve received the following Quotation for the structure

Hi msg5555,
Firstly congrats that you are commencing the construction of new house. To comment anything about your Labour contract part first I need to know for how much built-up area he is quoting 22 lakhs and again construction is of cement blocks or Red bricks which matters a lot.
In current market if cement blocks then Rs 28K for 100sqft is ideal price including compound wall as well, only extra thing would be charged is water sump if RCC, chain link staircase and elevation. For RCC sump you should negotiate based on lump sum amount, to give actual figures for RCC sump of 25K litre capacity I would say 40 to 50k is ideal price. Chain link steps I think anyway between 1000 to 1500 per step would be nominal price and for elevation it depends upon design which can be again negotiated in lump-sum amount. So, in case red bricks 32K to 33K is the ideal price in the current market and rest remains same.
