List of civil works in house construction labour contract

Dear Sir,

I intend to go for a labour contract for 2nd floor house in H S R L/O.
I wanted to include the descriptions of civil works in the labour contract.
Can any one give me the details/descriptions of civil works involved in 2nd floor independent house construction.

Hi Manjunatha
List of works involved in labour contract will be more or less same in all floors except lifting materials to other floors, footing and plinth works.
I am listing few points in civil work
1.Building 9" exterior walls
2.Building 4.5" interior walls
3.Plastering with lime rendering
4.Columns rising
5.Slab casting
6.Window door fixing
7.Building rcc over head tank ( incase of sintex base for it)
8.Stair case casting
9.Elevation works
10.Filling electrical wall and other cuts
11.toilet sunken slab water proofing with filling
12.Terrace water proofing with proper slope
13.Terrace parapet wall
14.Grills and railing fixing support for fabricator
15.Additional civil support for other agencies like plumbing, electrical ,solar heater etc....
