Alternate construction techniques

Dear Civil experts,

I am seeing some quick commercial structures coming up. E.g. on Kanakapura Main Road at Raghuvanahalli Udupi Hotel came in a quick timeframe.
Need following info:
1. Cost per square feet for a G+1 structure. First floor is semi open.
2. How long it will last
3. In case after 5 years, need to demolish, can these materials be recycled and get some money?
