House plans for 30x40 west facing site

Hello friends
I own a 30x40 ft west facing site in HBR layout and plan to start construction soon.
Request some sample plans and references for architect, labour contract, etc.

My requirements:
Ground Floor: 2 BHK with 1 car parking
First Floor: 2.5 BHK
Second Floor: 2 BHK

Provision for Lift is a must.
First floor for own use and others for rental.
