BBMP Property Tax pay for newly constructed house

Hi All,

Ours is A katha site and constructed the house after getting commencement plan approval.

Till last year i paid property tax for vacant land. Now as the house construction done, need to pay tax for the house based on buildup area.
1. Can we do this online in bbmp website? or we have to go to BBMP office as the property usage type is changed.
2. As the constructed one is deviated from the actual plan, which buildup area we should take for paying property tax.
3. In BBMP Property tax page, mentioned plinth area, buildup area and car parking area. How plinth area is different from buildup area. which one should be mentioned. do we have to pay tax for car parking area also?

Please suggest.
