earth excavation @ Medahalli

I am constructing 30*40 G+2 house in Medahalli area, looking for earth excavation work and confused between these two options. Need help what is the right method.

1. JCB
2. Manual

Need how much it cost for above options in CFT?

Hi,

Go ahead with JCB they charge between 750 to 850 for an hour of excavation work.

Usually most of JCB's will charge for minimum of three hours, only a few will come & work for hourly.
Manual excavation will be better, as labour will dig perfect rectangular or sqaure shape when compared with JCB, excavation on the edges will be difficult in JCB
