I have been following this forum since months and could see valuable suggestions from different people based on their experience & expertise. Here i wanted to take your views and suggestions, if any, on my new house construction plan that could help me.

Site Area: 35X60
Facing: East
Road Width: 30 Feet
No Of floors planned: G+2
Ground Floor: Three bed room for self
First&Second floor: 2 X Two bedroom houses for rent
Third floor: Terrace
