Query on Material contract

Hi Guys,

I have given material contract. We are hoping to complete the project in 2 to 3 months from today. I am paying the material contractor as and when the invoice is sent out. Can someone confirm if the payment to the cement, bricks or raw material vendor is done at once after 9 months of project completion of payment is done in stages to them?
