well there is no standard norms (like we have during construction, i.e Rate per sqft / chadra etc..).
Its mainly depends on how & what state the existing building is and what's the quality , quantity of resource (i.e Door, Window, etc..) which he / she (demolisher) can earn profit (by selling in seconds).
Some time Demolisher can pay you to do your job, Some time you need to pay , some time no loss no gain (no need to pay from you or from him).
I think other's in the same thread got paid from Demolisher, but not many have written how much they paid back to Demolisher.

In-Short : There is not standard way to conclude your answer (But you have to negotiate).
