Steel sheets,M-sand, concrete blocks required.

Hey guys
I plan to construct a small room in first floor (10x11feet). As of now planning to construct using concrete blocks and m-sand for all. For roof I plan to put steel sheets.
I have few queries for which I would be grateful to get replies:
1. What quantity of M-sand, concrete blocks and steel sheets are required?
2. Which steel sheets type to go for and are the prices for those?
3. Any references for procurement of these raw materials in and around tumkur road 8th Mile?
