New Constrction - PER SFT price for construction

Dear Friends,

I am planning to construct ground floor 800 SFT with following specification.
Need your help on approximate estimation for the same and per SFT rate for the construction.
Duration required to complete the house.
Prefer to give to the contractor.

Wood Work : Two teak wood door ( Pooja Room, Main door )
wardrobes in Room ( regular wood) 2 Nos
Regular door for Two rooms, One attached, One general , Kitchen, Back door.

Flooring will be mozaic ,Spartek tiles

Iron gates : for front and back door.
One Big Main gate for the entrance
Regular window panels.

Consider Rs. 2,500/sq.ft.
i.e. at least Rs. 20 Lakhs for a descent quality construction.
