Roofing Options

Hi All,

I am constructing a house in Sarjapur road and I am in the process of selecting roofing tiles (I have sloping roof). The options I am aware are

1) Mangalore Clay tiles
2) Concrete tiles (Not sure the name)
3) Shingles roofing material

Can anyone guide me in the pro’s and con’s of these. Also please let me know if I have any other options.
Highly appreciate any inputs in this topic.
