House construction experience & Black Listing

Hello All, First thanks much for all your feedback and this forum was very helpful in completing my construction.

I successfully completed and entered in my new house last year December. It was lot of pain and followup with the contract workers, plumbers and Electrician. But finally it was worth it having the dream house that i had visioned.

I'll share some experience in this forum whenever i get a chance.

Also i would like to start this thread to make sure that folks who are newly constructing doesn't go through the same pain through some of the unreliable plumbers, carpenters or electrician.

I would like to point out that if you come across Benny (Plumbing Contractor Phoenix enterprises), please avoid this guy by all means. I had a terrible experience with this guy, but due to the fact that i had given the contract to him, i had to dance around to his tunes and complete the work. I decided not to change the plumber midterm that may screw things worse.

Let's also have a thread where folks had worst experience in workman ship or otherwise and have these guys black list and not someone have a nightmare working with them again.
