Need schedule of charges for Architect and civil engineer

Hi

I have been trying out various architects and civil engineers in order to design and build a house on a 40 X 60. I've received some really widely varying charges and quotes for this.

What are the typical charges for architects in Bangalore? What re their deliverables?

What are the typical charges for contractors / civil engineers in Bangalore? I would prefer to give the whole construction as a turnkey project, in order to save on time and complexity; What re their deliverables?

If someone can share copies of their documentation (with the sensitive portions blanked out), that would be wonderful.
