Advice required - BBMP laid drainage inside my site

Hello Guys,

I have 35×36 West facing site under BBMP limIts.
recently BBMP laid Box type covered drainage in our area.

My site is being encroached by about 2 ft diagonally and constructed drain inside my site.
I have attached sketch to understand the issue. I will also post pictures tomorrow.

I am planning to construct house in couple of weeks.
Can i go ahead and correct the drain which is inside my site? I can bear the cost of same.
