Shri ,
Is this house for own purpose or rental ?
if u need to park innova then u need 16 ft and not 15 ft so from what ever u have left its okay to park two small cars or 1 car + a few 2 wheelers.
I rooms are good enough but as i said earlier follow the instructions that i said on puja amd toilets.
The size of windows depends on where you are fitting them so ask him what are sizes that he is planning to fit and from drawing it looks like is is fitting the same sized window every where. The size that he has mentioned is a standard window with 2 shutters and very commonly used.

when i stayed in rented accommodation.
I want the car park to be only one car. I am open to some ideas (may be leave some space at the front to have a small garden) and park the car on the road.ausraja wrote:

I felt that HALL might be too big. Not sure about the room sizes, Sometimes i feel it is too spacious sometimes i feel it is just right.ausraja wrote: I rooms are good enough but as i said earlier follow the instructions that i said on puja amd toilets.

if its for rental purpose then having 2 houses is an ideal solution as no one gives car parking this days for tenants. In addition to that rental houses must always be for making money (give optimal benefits only)and not for lot of convenience to people who use it and mess it followed by an argument on paying for damages.
I know you are trying to be nice but being right is best option. My advise is use the initial plan bring stairs in front , provide only minimal parking and make more money from 2 houses.
This advise is only if u dont have other plans in your mind apart from what u have planned currently for ground floor.

Dear Shri,
Updated plan overall looks good. Space is well utilized and proportionate.
As others mentioned, few minor comments:
1) Pooja can be squeezed to use backside as kitchen store.
2) Make common toiler width atleast 5"
3) Make windows slightly wider to improve natural light factor.
All the best.
