Construction Work and BBMP election 2015

We are constructing a building from last 5 months now with only terrace concrete is pending. Friends are suggesting to plaster up the exterior walls and apply White Paint so that it will look the house building has been completed. However, we have followed all the regulations and other required approvals are inline w.r.t BBMP, KEB, BWSSB, etc.,

Friends say this is because of the "BBMP elections 2015" where new officials would be appointed & new rules would come up that might impact the construction work. Is this true????

Civil works like Window grills, Windows, Plastering, etc., are yet to be done. I would like to know if there are any other precautionary measures to be considered.

Officials cannot change the policy so, there should not be any fear about policy change. Even if some officer troubles you, you should try contacting your corporator to solve the issue.
